Marlon Brando |

Marlon Brando was the most intense portrait of the significance of both cult and stardom. Brando (April 3, 1924 – July 1, 2004) is our Master of the Cult Edge #27.

“A Streetcar Named Desire”, “The Wild One”, “The Godfather”, or the epic “Apocalypse Now” are just some of his better known film works during a career spanning more 50 years. A genuine American icon, Brando dominated the Hollywood stardom arena, by being an actor perhaps superior to all the films he ever participated in.

As Martin Scorsese once said:  «He is the marker. There’s ‘before Brando’ and ‘after Brando’. »
